Robust machine frame, base thickness up to 120mm
The machine frame is made of aged Iron-Cast, and the thickness of base is up to 120mm. The machine's weight is about 1 ton more than others. It assures the machine's precision and stabilizes it during transportation and operation.
Wire race bearings
Wire Race Bearings is equipped. It highly reduces the running noise and electric energy consumption, and also increases the precision and smooth running of the machine, especially for large-diameter machines.
Strict assembling and testing inspection
The machine undergoes the strictest testing and inspection, the error of roundness and flatness is within 0.02mm.
