Central stitch adjustment system
High precision central stitch adjustment system is optional. Technology introduced from Taiwan, China. It significantly saves time for adjusting GSM by going up or going down the cam-boxes and cams position overall.
Robust machine frame, base thickness up to 120mm
The machine frame is made of aged Iron-Cast, and the thickness of base is up to 120mm. The machine's weight is about 1 ton more than others. It assures the machine's precision and stabilizes it during transportation and operation.
Wire race bearings
Wire Race Bearings is equipped. It highly reduces the running noise and electric energy consumption, and also increases the precision and smooth running of the machine, especially for large-diameter machines.
Convertible into Rib Circular Knitting Machine
By ordering the conversion kit, BQ-DJ is convertible into Rib Circular Knitting Machine, vice versa.
[Optional] Dependent adjusting screw on cam-box 1/1
1 pc adjusting screw on dial cam-box and 1 pc on cylinder cam-box, it’s easy to adjust the needle position integrally. Suggest for knitting interlock, rib and regular fabric structures.
[Optional] Independent adjusting screw on cam-box 2/4
2 pcs adjusting screws on dial cam-box and 4 pcs on cylinder cam-box, each cam-box has a wide range of adjustments on each track needle position. Suggest for all kinds of knitting structures, especially for complex structures such as sandwich and fine-gauge fabric.
